Join this exciting work-from-home opportunity providing billing, account, and customer support for a major energy provider. Flexible schedules, strong pay rates, and full training provided!


💰 Revenue & Schedule

  • Pay Rate: $13.90/hr (2 intervals per hour) before platform fee
  • Intervals Available: 24/7/365
  • Peak Hours: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM ET
  • Required Shifts:
  • 2 hrs on Saturday or Sunday
  • 2 hrs on Monday

📝 Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Handle billing questions & account inquiries
  • Resolve customer issues with empathy
  • Process payment plans & deferrals
  • Retain customers considering cancellation
  • Enroll customers in appropriate energy plans
  • Ensure compliance with utility regulations

💻 Equipment & Technical Requirements

  • Dual monitors (required)
  • Wired high-speed internet
  • USB VoIP headset (for training & servicing)
  • Minimum 8 GB RAM
  • Windows 11 (fully updated)
  • Must meet Arise® System & Equipment Standards
  • Thinscale security program (provided after enrollment)

🔍 Security Requirements

  • Background check (completed within 3 business days)
  • Drug screening (scheduled within 48 hours of email)
  • Photo ID verification during enrollment
  • Daily facial scan authentication before class
NOTE: If you have frozen your credit, you must lift it with Experian before starting the background check.

📅 Certification Training

  • Phase 1: Instructor-led & self-study (08/25/25 – 09/18/25)
  • Phase 2: “Earn While You Learn” (09/19/25 – 10/02/25)
  • Class Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM ET
  • No class Mon, Sept 1st

🚫 Enrollment Restrictions

You cannot enroll if:

  • You’ve had 3 drops or fails in 12 months
  • You’ve dropped/failed a class in the last 60 days
  • You’re enrolled in another opportunity with overlapping class dates
