Client: Global Cruise Line (Bilingual Opportunity)

Start Date: July 28, 2025

Pay: $14.50/hour ($7.25 per 30-minute interval)

Class Time: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM ET

Service Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET

Special Requirements:

• 3 intervals (1.5 hrs) on Saturdays or Sundays
• 6 intervals (3 hrs) on Mondays
• $50 Class Confirmation Deposit (non-refundable)

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound customer service and sales calls
• Assist with booking questions, billing, complaints, and cruise information
• Speak with customers in both English and Spanish
• Uphold high standards of hospitality and care

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (must pass a language assessment)
• Windows 11, Chrome browser, USB headset, hardwired internet
• Complete a background check and photo ID verification
• Daily facial scan login during training
• 90% Commitment Adherence required during and after training

Certification Details

• Phase I: July 28 – August 15 (4 hours/day live instruction + self-study)
• Phase II: August 18 – August 20 – Begin earning revenue
• Must pass all assessments with 80%+ and simulations with 90%+
• Must service at least 24 intervals per week after certification
