Daily Tasks
- Answer inbound calls from guests and travel agents about:
- Cruises, destinations, ship amenities, travel documents, promotions
- Provide detailed and accurate information
- Research & resolve customer concerns using Carnival systems and resources
- Document calls, resolutions, and follow-ups
Technology Requirements
- Dual monitors OR one 32”+ monitor/TV with computer connection
- Hardwired USB noise-canceling headset
- Smartphone for code verification
- Must pass Arise PC scan & daily facial authentication
Certification Completion Requirements
- Attend all classes (no-show on day 1 = dropped, $50 lost)
- 100% of self-paced modules completed on schedule
- Pass assessments (90%+), mock calls, and live certification calls
- Service 20 intervals/week minimum in first 3 weeks after class
- Maintain 80%+ QA score

- Peak demand: Drive times 8 AM–12 PM ET & 4 PM–8 PM ET (50% of intervals)
Daily Tasks
- Inbound/outbound calls for emergency roadside assistance:
- Dead batteries, flat tires, fuel delivery, lockouts, accidents, towing
- Place outbound calls to service providers (towing companies, mechanics)
- Use Google Maps & mapping tools to confirm location
- Provide insurance/policy coverage details to customers
- Transfer calls as needed to internal support
Technology Requirements
- Must use Windows 11 (latest updates)
- USB hardwired headset with phone-quality audio
- Ability to navigate mapping tools quickly
Certification Completion Requirements
- 100% completion of daily self-paced work
- 80%+ on assessments, simulations, mid-term, and final
- Pass live certification calls (85%+ QA score)
- Service 10 hrs/week (20 intervals) during certification
- Attend every class session (no-show on day 1 = dropped, $50 lost)

- Must service 5 hrs on Mon & Fri (10 intervals total, split allowed)
- Peak demand during 8 AM–12 PM ET & 4 PM–8 PM ET
Daily Tasks
- Same as English Agero program, BUT:
- Must provide support in both English & Spanish
- Handle roadside emergencies for bilingual customers
- Translate between customers and providers if needed
Technology Requirements
- Same as English program (Windows 11, USB headset, mapping skills)
Certification Completion Requirements
- 100% self-study completion, 80%+ on exams, simulations, and live calls
- 85%+ QA on certification calls
- Service 10 hrs/week during certification
- Must attend first day or will be dropped (deposit forfeited)
