If you're no longer interested in receiving this newsletter, you can locate the unsubscribe button just below the free book banners. If you have any difficulties finding it, send me an email and I can do it manually for you. Otherwise, enjoy the newsletter and have a great day.

Hi everyone,

I hope you're having a great week. Last week was a little bit hectic, so I unfortunately didn't get a whole lot of writing done. My emotion witch short story may not get finished in time for the anthology as of writing this on the 21st. If that ends up being the case, I'll probably post it in the newsletter like I did with the vampire story.

Brief life update, my household is in isolation until March 31st. We were so close to be home free, but my brother got sick the day my mom got her first vaccine shot. Until my brother and mother are better, I'll be spending a lot of time chilling in my room with snacks, and taking care of them and the dog and cats. And don't worry so far we're all doing okay, but Lady dog isn't happy about not getting to see her favorite person.

In happier news, I realized I haven't done any giveaways targeted to my the awesome people who have been here since the beginning, so that's what we're doing today. I will send a prize to the first 5 people to get the answer right. If you get ALL the answers right, you may pick both prizes or double down on one of the prize options like the digital e-book.

The giveaway will start today and end on the 31st. I will announce the winners on April 3rd.

Note: You can enter even if you are newer to my list, but this will be much easier for those that have been a part of this newsletter for awhile.

Here are the prize options:

Option 1- Copy (e-book) for any of my books/ stories

Option 2 (U.S. only)- a print of one of the character arts I had commissioned.

To enter, send me your answer to any of the following questions:

  1. What was the original title for "Rose is Spellbound?"
  2. What was the convention I went to launch my debut book?
  3. Where did I have this newsletter hosted before MailChimp?
  4. Bonus question: What is something I put in every email now, but that I didn't used to add?

Good luck and have fun!

Also, I'm doing some choose your own adventure stories for Patreon. Let me know if this is something you'd be interested in seeing here too. They'd probably be text only because I can't draw to save my life. My goal is to make the Patreon set up kind of like this newsletter, but it will be for those who'd rather pay a monthly fee for content rather than deal with their cramped email inboxes.

That's all I've got for this week. I'll hopefully have a short story snippet for you next week.

Now, I have a question for you.

What would you like to see more of in this newsletter?

I really enjoy doing the Snippets each week, and I try to give some life and writing updates, but let me know what else you'd like to see more of.

That's all I've got for you today. Have a great day and stay safe.

Sincerely,

Julia
