Hi everyone,
It's the weekend! I hope you're all doing well. Update on the bug issue, my apartment now has a property manager, so hopefully she'll be more proactive with repairs and maintenance. Oh, and I managed to start getting my vaccines updates for monkeypox and Hep A. Reminder if you have eczema like me to only get the Jynneos vaccine. This coming week, I'll be pet sitting for a puppy. She's a little mini poodle and super sweet but with a mischievous side (she likes to steal TV remotes). This coming week, I decided to take off work Monday so I can relax and catch up on some writing and editing. Fingers crossed I get to get some work done AND get in some relaxation time.
On the writing front, I, unfortunately, didn't get anything done...yet, but I'm hoping to use tomorrow and Monday to breeze through some writing and editing. My goal for this weekend is to draft at least 2 chapters for Poisoned by Love's bite and to finish drafting the chapter I'd started for Snow's Captive. I'll keep you posted on how that goes.
Now, I have a question for you.
Was this week a relax week, a get stuff done week, or something else entirely?
I feel like mine was a get medical stuff done week that I've been putting off for waaaay too long. I'm guilty of putting off my annual physical because I don't want to know how bad my bloodwork is. But I did finally book an appointment to get bloodwork ordered...1 year late.
That's all for now.
Have a great day and stay safe!
Sincerely,
Julia
