Hi everyone,

Happy Saturday. I hope your week went well. Thank you all for helping me choose my Nanowrimo project. I decided to pick the 2 top picks. Finish the 2nd Gemstone Massacre book draft AND work on planning/drafting the Arthurian quest/once upon a time inspired fairytale story. As far as life goes, I got my omicron and flu shot and I was down for the count on Monday. Worth it to not have to make the second trip because knowing me and my ADHD if I hadn't done that I would've been like flu shot what flu shot?

And it's time for a Halloween event. This year, the event will be gemstone themed. If you can answer some gemstone trivia questions, you'll get a chance to win signed copies of "War of the Twin Swords" and "Amy's Rebellion" with some bookish and gemstone themed goodies.

This is a newsletter exclusive event (U.S. only since it's all physical prizes). You can enter through the rafflecopter giveaway page from now until late night on the 22nd. If rafflecopter gives you trouble, let me know via email and I can add your entries in manually.

Thank you all for those who helped me pick out my Nanowrimo project. I'll be working on planning that out for the rest of this month. I'm also ready to open up sign ups for beta readers for Amy's childhood story. If you're interested in that, keep an eye out for an email from me tomorrow. And because it's a new week, there's a new episode of "Poisoned by Love's Bite" up on Radish if you want to go check it out on your phone. Happy reading!

I have a question for you.

What are your plans for Halloween?

Or Samhain if you celebrate. I'll personally be watching some Halloween movies, maybe some slasher films, and eating an absolute ton of candy.

That's all for now.

Have a great day and stay safe!

Sincerely,

Julia (they/he)
