Hi everyone,
I hope you're all doing well. This week was a lot less eventful. It was definitely more of a self-care week. It was a week of the good kind of quitting, mostly some of the side jobs that were stressing me out and eating up my life. And for physical and mental self-care, doing more short yoga sessions and reading the book that's been on my TBR forever really did wonders for getting some creative sparks flying. I even got to do a little Coursera work and set up some long-overdue appointments woo!
On the writing and editing front, I have another episode of "Poisoned by Love's Bite" up on Radish, so you can check it out here. Please, keep in mind it's a phone app only, so you'll need the app to check this one out.
I didn't get a chance to draft more of Rose and Gabriel's Christmas story, but I did get to edit a little more of the rough draft for "Belladonna was Betrayed." I'm hoping to work on both my editing and writing a bit more this weekend. Fingers crossed that all goes well with that.
That's all I've got for you this week! Now, I have a question for you.
Would you like to see a snippet from "Amy's Escape" next week?
Amy's escape is a novelette that I have started editing, but it's still in the early stages. I am hoping to release it (possibly this year) for the Gemstone Massacre series for a special edition of Amy's Rebellion or as a separate story like I did for "War of the Twin Swords." It follows Amy after she becomes a fugitive at 12 and gives insight into how Dusk became Dusk and ended up working for Opal.
Have a great day and stay safe!
Sincerely,
Julia
