Hi everyone,

I hope you've had a great week. I've been working on editing, Coursera, and much more. Oh, and I did Karaoke for the first time in a really long time. I happened to find a place in Manhattan where the staff were masked up. It was a ton of fun seeing my friend and singing my heart out. And I've finished 2 out of 4 weeks for class 5-6 for my Coursera certification so little victories.

On the publishing front, I've been doing the reverse outline for Dusk's story. I'm about a fourth of the way through now and I've got another snippet from the story from one of Iris's chapters.

Do you prefer fairytales with traditional happy endings, or do you like to see authors subvert those tropes?

I think for me it depends on my mood and if I feel like the world was set up well for its respective ending. If I'm craving comfort and something more predictable, then a happy ending. But sometimes a sad or scary ending is interesting too.
