Hi everyone,
I hope you've had an excellent week. I'm pet-sitting with two big dogs, a St. Bernard and a Hound dog and they're absolute softies so that's been fun. They've gotten spoiled with treats and belly rubs. I'm going to visit my boyfriend very soon and have been scoping out potential roommates to move back into my own apartment. And I have a new snippet for Amy's Betrayal and an alpha reader opportunity for you today.
On the publishing front, I'm at chapter 12 for the edits/first read-through of Amy's Betrayal so I'm officially accepting alpha readers for those chapters. If that interests you, you can sign up here or send me a quick email letting me know you're interested. If you prefer to wait for the whole book, don't worry I'll have an email when that's ready too. Amy's Betrayal, is officially up in the Amazon store for Pre-order. You can check it out here.
And here's this week's snippet from Amy's Betrayal. Enjoy!
Do you prefer standalone books or series when it comes to fantasy and PNR?
I'm usually partial to series, but lately, I've been reading a ton of standalones and duets. I think my attention span is shrinking especially since I'm temporarily out of my ADHD meds.
That's all for now.
Have a great day and stay safe!
Sincerely,
Julia (they/he)

I'm a sucker for Persephone myths, especially if she's a badass in the book. And this one is free with a newsletter signup. Enjoy!
