Hi everyone,

Wow what a week. I hope you're all doing well. This week was a lot between having to get the apartment painted and professionally cleaned because Florida landlords to getting internet, phone, and utilities set up for the new apartment. Oh and let's not forget hunting at garage sales for inexpensive furniture. And I decided to diversify my income more...because why not 7 streams of income...I don't know why I do this to myself. The venture is called Gem forest editing and I have a designer working on the website now. I can't really post the link or much else without your permission since that would fall outside my promise to you, but if that's something you want to see, let me know via email or use this form and I'll do a mini newsletter with the big reveal for anyone who's interested.

On the writing front, Chapter 11 for "Poisoned by Love's Bite" is official ready for you. I'm planning for about 4-5 more episode before its first session, or act, comes to an end and I go on a short hiatus to start editing the last of the Nymph's Revenge books, "Belladonna was Betrayed." I've chipped away a little at the writing, but I've not gotten as much done as I'd like to this week.

That's all I've got for you this week! I'll leave you with a very short snippet from the ROUGH draft of "Belladonna was Betrayed." It will probably get moved to the end of be a deleted scene, but not sure yet. Let me know what you think.

SNIPPET

As flames licked her forest, devouring it like a hungry child, Belladonna wondered where she'd gone wrong. She’d always known Nightshade was misguided, but she never thought he'd go this far to seek revenge. He turned against me for this? What the humans did was wrong, but this was too far.  She ripped off the necklace that he'd give her and crushed it under her foot. He would pay for what he'd done, but first she needed to survive this. She rushed into the inferno, searching for her plant.

That's all for now.

Have a great day and stay safe!

Sincerely,

Julia
