The AI Revolution

Hey tribe,

AI has been used by big companies like Facebook, Google, Amazon, and Twitter for years, but it's not always easy to explain its power to everyone. That's why OpenAI β€” one of the leading AI companies β€” created tools that showcase AI's capabilities using relatable mediums like text, speech, images, and videos. We were blown away by how amazing they are! πŸ˜ƒ

But did you know that AI can also track and influence our behavior online? AI systems learn by observing our actions on the internet. These observations can be what we like, click on, comment on, what websites we visit, and so on. So they can know a lot about us!

AIs have mainly been used (and are still being used) for marketing, which is why you might run into an ad for something you were just thinking about buying. Coincidence? πŸ€”

Anyways, I’m not one of the voices in the wilderness screaming β€œAI is bad!” Far from it. In fact, I think it will do more good than harm for at least the next few decades. I'm even excited to try out the new AI-assisted Google Workspace and share my findings with you soon.

So, what do you think about AI? Do you think it's a great advancement or "doom waiting to happen"?

How do you use AI to improve your work or life? And if you could build your own AI tool, what would it be and how would it work? Let me know by replying to this email, or if you’re reading this in your browser, leave a comment down below.

Talk to you soon,

Viki πŸ’œ
