Hey ,

Last week I promised to share resources to help you learn a digital skill for free. They're here! Drum rolls, please! 🥁

I published an article titled "The Fastest Way to Learn a Digital Skill" during the week. You might want to check that out before taking the courses I'll recommend. Okay, shall we begin? 👇🏽

Firstly, Skillshare is a great place to learn almost any skill you want. It’s not free, but I've got you a one-month free subscription. You can access it here. Note that you need to link a chargeable debit card in order to sign up.

(Read to the end to find free resources that don't require a debit card).

Your card will not be charged until after a month. Remember to disconnect your card before the end of one month so you won't be charged (Set a reminder) unless you fall in love with Skillshare courses and decide to subscribe.

Most Nigerian debit cards will be rejected on Skillshare. Try a physical debit card issued by Kuda Microfinance Bank or read this article to discover how to get a dollar debit card. It's super easy!

Here’s a list of courses on Skillshare that I recommend (create your Skillshare account first with this link https://skl.sh/3G5LBMl):

Next up is Scott Max's free Digital Marketing and Business course. I love this guy and what he's doing. In his course, you'll learn everything from web design to running google ads, to building an online business, all for free. Check it out here. No debit card is required.

Third on the list is Ferdy Korpershoek’s Youtube Channel. Here you'll learn how to build and manage WordPress websites. He also gives tips on Affiliate marketing. Love Ferdy!

Number four and the final has to be Google's Digital Skills for Africa. These courses are only free for Africans. You can find all the free courses available here.

Here are a few beginner-level courses I recommend:

I can assure you that learning a digital skill will transform your life. I've recommended quite a number of courses to get started in this email. Choose one and see it through to completion. Thank me later.

PS: If you're getting value from this newsletter, then please don't keep it to yourself. Share it with someone by sending them this link:

Until next time, I remain your tech-savvy gal.

Cheers — and I hope you voted,
