The sun is shinning and as a typical Brit, I am now going to complain that it is too hot. Enough already, I need to sleep!
Anyway, I am busy working on the next Eira Snow book which is on track for release at the end of the month. I was planning on writing a locked room mystery, but honestly, when it came down to it, I just felt overall the story seemed a bit too trite. So I scrapped that plan, which is why I delayed the release until this month.
Alan's dad has now had his hip replacement. He was hoping to be out of the hospital by now, but his recovery was delayed as whenever he tried to walk, he would black out. Thankfully, he is on the mend now, and hoping to come home on Saturday.
Thanks again for all your well-wishes - Mum is thriving with her new sight, as well as coming up with lots of jobs she wants us to do around her home :)
