Hello from Wales
You may have noticed that I pulled the pre-orders for the next two Eira Snow books. I do intend to write them and get back to them as soon as I can, but I have been feeling a little creatively stifled recently.
I want to take some time to explore different genres, not be tied down to any series, and to write freely whatever new book comes into my head. I'll keep you update with my progress.
I need some reading recommendations!
I have also been in a reading rut and have not enjoyed a good book in a while. I would love for you to respond and share some of the books you have enjoyed recently (any genre).
Redecoration Work
Jennifer's birthday is next Monday.
Her flooring arrived this morning.
Her bed came the other day and is currently still in the box, taking up space in the living room while it waits for everything else to be done.
This all means that Jennifer's mural wall is gone. We pulled it all off yesterday and today has been spent trying to get rid of the residual sticky tape. It's going to be a busy week!

As always, I have some books and book fairs for you to check out below.
Don't forget to hit reply and send me some of your book recommendations!

What would you do to save a kid? Fight like hell.
That's what bounty hunter Rebel Weston finds herself doing when a desperate witch asks her to track down her son.
Remy Fontaine has a gift that's become his curse. He can juice up supernaturals and mythical beasts with enough magical motivation to beat impossible odds.
That gift has gotten him kidnapped into a legendary fighting ring where the best heroes and worst monsters meet their matches and then some.
For one night only, Rebel gets her chance to win him back.
But can she rise to the task? Or will the bloodthirsty bastards take her down?
All Mila Kovalenko has returned to her alma mater to fill the vacant position of professor of ancient history.
Mila stood in front of the University of Chernivtsi, and it was like time had stood still. The gate and the buildings looked the same as when she was a student there, and yet somehow, she was the one who had changed and aged. Of course, nobody could call her old. Mila was thirty-two, but today she felt older than the university.
When her mother died, and then her father retired because of a heart condition, Mila knew she had to come home to take care of him. It was a good excuse to return when a call came from her best friend that a professor position was open at the university.
So, there she was, all dressed up and ready to confront a past demon and prove herself more than capable to become a professor…
Happy to reunite with her best friend Ania, the university’s librarian, they discuss a manuscript that has come to Ania’s attention. No sooner had Mila signed her contract when someone steals the manuscript from the library.
However, when the detective assigned to the case pegs her as the prime suspect, Mila must use her expertise and cunning to prove him wrong, or at least find another motive and suspect.
Realizing the book is more dangerous than it appears, and its origins are more evil than they thought, Mila hopes to help the detective find the book before it falls into the wrong hands. However, the detective is not so willing to accept her help, infuriating Mila, if only he wasn’t so annoying, she could grow to like him, he was quite attractive….
