Welcome Back

Hey there
Happy new year!
Today's my official day back and it was urprisingly quiet at the office.
Most times when things are quiet...
It's easy to assume that nothing is happening.
I’ve learned the opposite is true.
Quiet is what shows up right before something real starts moving.
Every serious growth season I’ve seen, mine included, begins the same way:
Less noise.
Fewer opinions.
More space to think.
No hype.
No urgency.
Here’s something most people miss:
Your environment does more to shape your results than your motivation ever will.
Change the room you work in and your behavior changes automatically.
No pep talks required.
That’s leverage.
Another thing I’ve noticed…
As leverage goes up, output often slows down.
Not because you can't make faster progress but because decisions start to matter more.
When consequences get bigger, sloppy thinking becomes expensive.
Which is why you will find that 2026 will reward depth over volume…
and discernment over visibility.
Personally...
I’m being more selective about when and where I show up publicly.
Not disappearing.
Just opting out of noise that doesn’t compound.
Because excitment is cheap.
It feels good now and quietly robs you later.
And in a world where:
- information is everywhere,
- copying is instant,
- and attention is fragile…
The advantage has moved is no longer about having ideas.
It’s about timing.
Decisiveness.
And originating faster than the crowd can react.
That kind of work doesn’t happen in loud rooms.
So this year, I’m building quietly.
Deliberately.
With a smaller group of people who actually want to do something.
If things feel calmer here lately, that’s not absence.
It’s alignment.
And soon, I’ll be opening a very specific next step for those who feel this shift too.
Nothing flashy.
Nothing forced.
Just the obvious move for you, if you're in the right state of mind.
By the way...
I'm no longer on facebook...instagram or threads...
You'll find me on linked in and pretty soon youtube.
Till tomorrow...
Get out of your way.
