What a sold out practice really looks like
Mar 20, 2026 9:28 am
Hey there.
Last night, we had Thursday Night Service.
I did a shabby job of promoting it.
And still, 6 people showed up.
At the end, 2 people took me up on the Waymaker Session offer.
We unpacked the Way Equation.
What surprised me was that I had not prepared the way I did the previous time, and yet the session still went well.
That matters.
Because one of the biggest lies experts believe is that everything has to be perfectly prepared...
Perfectly promoted...
And perfectly delivered before real results can happen.
But that is not how a sold out practice is built.
A sold out practice is built when your thinking is deep enough...
Your structure is clear enough...
And your work is useful enough that people can feel the weight of it even when conditions are not perfect.
And this morning reminded me of that again.
I am spending time with a Tribemaster today...
Not for a flashy performance...
But simply to be present...
To help...
To think with her...
And to contribute inside the real conditions of her business.
That may sound ordinary.
But this is exactly where real practices are built.
Not only in broadcasts.
In proximity.
Not only in promotion.
In service.
Not only in polished presentations.
In trusted usefulness.
This is part of what many experts like you miss.
You think growth is mainly about being seen by more people.
Sometimes it is.
But often...
Growth comes from becoming so clear...
So useful...
And so structurally sound that the right people begin moving toward you with greater conviction.
That is what the Invisible Ceiling hides.
It hides the fact that your next level may not require a completely new identity.
It may require a stronger bridge between your value and the people who need it.
And that bridge is built in layers.
A room of 6.
Two yeses.
A framework that lands.
A client you help more deeply.
A body of work you keep expressing.
A hundred small moments of trust that compound into real demand.
I am also preparing for a project to create 1000 short-form videos over the next 6 months.
Not because volume by itself is magic.
But because expression matters.
Because if your value stays hidden, the market cannot respond to it.
And if your service stays private, your authority remains invisible.
So now the picture is becoming clearer to me.
A sold out practice is built at the intersection of three things...
Deep thinking.
Real service.
Consistent expression.
Deep thinking gives your work substance.
Real service makes your work sharp.
Consistent expression makes your work visible.
When these three begin to align, something changes.
Your practice starts to feel less like scattered effort and more like a living system.
People begin to understand what you do more quickly.
Trust deepens.
Demand strengthens.
The Invisible Ceiling begins to crack.
Do not underestimate the power of quiet rooms, useful conversations, and repeated expression.
That is often where the sold out practice begins.
Anyways...
Later today I'll share the replay...
It'll up for 48hrs....
Think midnight Sunday then itll be taken down and put in the archives.
Next week...
We're about how to build a sold out practice.
