a tale of two bathrooms

Hey there,
I want to tell you about two bathrooms.
Two apartments.
One rents for ₦3M a month.
The other rents for ₦4.5M a year.
The bathrooms told the whole story.
The first bathroom was quiet.
Warm light.
Stone that felt considered.
The tap turned without thought.
The towel was already where your hand expected it.
Nothing asked anything of you.
Every decision had already been made by someone who took the room seriously.
You walked in, and the room did the work.
The second bathroom was technically a bathroom.
The plumbing was there.
The fittings worked, mostly.
But everything asked something from you.
Tolerate the cold tile. Imagine what it could be.
Forgive the finishing. Adjust yourself to the room instead of the room serving you.
It wasn't expensive in money. It was expensive in emotional tax.
Most serious experts are the second bathroom.
The plumbing is there.
Knowledge, experience, wisdom.
All there.
But the structure is unfinished.
The standard has not been installed.
So the market walks in and says, "I'm not sure."
Premium buyers do not want to imagine the renovation.
They want to enter the finished room.
Here is the lesson.
Your #1 Priority is not a word you like.
It is supposed to become a standard.
A design principle.
A way of shaping the room people enter.
If Clarity is your #1 Priority, confusion in your offer is a structural violation.
If Wisdom is your #1 Priority, your offer must install skill, not just teach.
If Decisions is your #1 Priority, your offer must help people choose, act, and arrange their world around the choice.
Your DSS is how your #1 Priority becomes architecture.
It is how a private value becomes a public room someone can enter. Without it, your brilliance stays like exposed plumbing. Functional. Not yet premium.
Stuck experts keep selling the plumbing.
Qualifications.
Story.
Experience.
How much they care.
The buyer is not paying for the plumbing.
They are paying for the finished room.
For the experience of entering a world where the problem has already been thought through.
Premium is not noise.
It is not luxury language.
It is not raising prices because the internet told you to.
Premium is the visible reduction of struggle.
The dignity of being guided by someone who has already done the thinking.
And this applies to life too.
A chaotic offer creates a chaotic life.
A vague practice creates vague income.
The way you build your practice becomes the room you live inside.
So here is the sequence.
Take your #1 Priority and turn it into a standard.
Turn the standard into a system.
Turn the system into a SolutionFrame.
Turn the SolutionFrame into an offer.
Turn the offer into a room people can enter.
Your #1 Priority is the standard.
Your DSS is the architecture.
Your offer is the room.
Your practice is the house.
Build it like someone important is going to live there.
Because they are.
You are.
And so are the people you are called to serve.
Till tomorrow
Get out of your own way
