Introducing Club Remi

Hey there.


A thought hit me hard today during a Waymaker session.


I'm having a ton of fun doing these so far...


Anyway...


A lot of serious experts think their problem is that they need a better offer.


They don’t.


What they usually need is a clearer body of work.


Because a sold out practice is not built by stacking random offers on top of each other.


It is built when your message becomes clear…

your methodology becomes visible…

your trust becomes transferable…

and people can finally understand what you do, why it matters, and why they should come to you for it.


That was one of the biggest distinctions from today’s session.


The person I was speaking with had real value.


Real trust.


Real ability to help people.


But there was still a structural tension.


Too many expressions of the work.


Not enough clarity around the core.


Too many possible “offers.”


Not enough visible methodology.


And that is exactly where many experts get stuck.


They are capable…

but not yet organized.


Trusted…

but not yet fully leveraged.


Useful…

but not yet positioned in a way the market can easily buy.


That is one of the reasons a practice does not fill.


Not because the person lacks substance.


But because the practice lacks structure.


A sold out practice is not just a practice with many clients.


It is a practice where the right people can clearly see:

what you solve

how you solve it

why your way is different

and why trusting you is the smart move


In other words:


A sold out practice is what happens when clarity, trust, and structure finally come together.


That is also why I want to officially introduce Club Remi.

Real care.


Real trust.


But whose business has not yet caught up to the weight of what they carry.
