Instead of asking:

What are they doing?


Ask:

What am only I doing?


That question pulls your energy back to you.


It moves you from reaction

to clarity

to direction.


Your Work This Week

Keep this simple

Write one sentence:

I help ___ achieve ___ through ___


That’s it

Don’t overthink it

Don’t try to make it perfect


Just get it out of your head and onto something real.

Then put it somewhere you’ll see it every day.

Let it evolve.

Sit with these when you have a quiet moment:

  • Where in my life am I competing instead of positioning?
  • What do people naturally come to me for?
  • What skill, if I built it over the next 6 months, would change my trajectory?
  • Where am I relying on effort instead of creating real value?


Take your time with these.

They’ll do more work than you think.
