Hi everyone, hope this finds you well today. It's a busy time here at Verse HQ as we bring our next two projects to life and add to the blog each day. The forthcoming Arclander (due this summer) and the Book of the Phantasm (due sometime autumn/winter) will bring phase two of the Arcverse to a close and the big plan for Phase 3 will be announced with no small amount of razzmatazz etc.

However, we have something altogether more awesome in the pipeline and I wanted just to start a conversation with you all today about the part you can play in it. We are creating a multiverse system called Psion, which is written to encourage fast, cinematic style play and collaborative world building (among many other things).

Psion will be a core set of rules applicable to any kind of universe, with the mechanics for creating setting specific add-ons to enable GMs to create unique worlds that are linked into the Psion multiverse. GMs and players will be able, as 'Psioneers' to collaboratively build worlds together as they adventure. We will be launching three new universes for the Psion system (and eventually Arclands will find its home there too):

• The InCapeables - an apocalyptic super hero setting where a rebellion against the cape wearers is growing.
• Grifters - A Gaiman style urban fantasy where magic and technology merge.
• Deadwyrm - monsters and madness in humanity's furthest colonies in space.

We're wondering if you would like to be part of the development of Psion? We will need:

• Play testers - we need you to test the system, break it and explain how you stomped on it and the pathetic cry of despair it made when you did. We want this.
• World testers - not only do we need you to test the game mechanic, but we also need you to test our world building system. If you create a particularly awesome world that we'd like to see more of, it might even wind up in our Alphaverse list.
• Community crew - If you decide you really like Psion and you want to be part of its success, we will be looking to assemble a Psioneer community crew to help with Discord, live streaming, web development and more.

The playtest pack will be available towards the end of this year, but if you are provisionally interested in this, message us either through this email or on Twitter @versehome.
