Firstly, a huge welcome to the new folks who have joined us recently, this is the first newsletter in a week or so, so I'm very grateful to have so many new Arclanders join the gang.

Secondly, here is this week's lore. You might have noticed that in the past few weeks we've been a bit more contemporary in exploring Aestis (history is all fine and well, but your characters are adventuring in the present), and I'm trying to give you all a flavour of the big developments in the year 295, where the adventures are set.

Here's this week's article on the re-emergence of the Fey in the world and their nemesis, the former Fey lord Nothoril, now known as the Thorn King, who will emerge from his slumbers soon.
