Please Don't Hate Me!

I don’t gamble, buy lottery tickets, or even push the speed limit, but I recently scored a win I was certain I wouldn’t.

Carnal Days is part of the Carnal Journey series, so named because I took a flying leap out of my comfort zone while writing those doubly hot stories. For reasons I carefully don’t examine too closely, I love capture/bondage/submission stories. There’s something about rope or cuffs that—oh, like I said, I’m not about to ask a shrink to dig into my psyche. We all have our kinks. 

My protagonist Shari Isle is content with her quiet, boring life—until the day she’s captured and brought to a secret location known as Carnal. She’s subjected to restraint, punishment, and sexual stimulation by trained operatives until she’s ready to be sold to a mysterious, haunted man.

As for why I asked you not to hate me, BookBub is the most popular book discovery service. Only about 20% of the books submitted to the service are selected. I always thought I wouldn’t stand a chance, but I finally decided what the heck, nothing ventured, nothing gained. I submitted Carnal Days.
