I’ve been on a rollercoaster the past few years.

Not the fun kind. The soul-rebuilding kind.

Where what I thought I needed to change was only the tip of the iceberg… and what I actually ended up shifting was far greater than I ever imagined.

All I wanted was to feel better.

To feel happier.

To feel loved.

What I got? Was way more than I could’ve planned for.

In the background of my corporate life, I’ve been deep in the trenches—growing, evolving and helping others transform their lives in ways that sometimes even I think…
