3-question form for presence/presentation on a conference day

Dear AI-SMART 2026 Participants,

At the following link https://www.ai-smart-conference.com/confirmation/, within the next 48 hours, please fill in our 3-question form (it takes only a few seconds) and confirm your participation/presentation at the AI-SMART 2026 Conference, September 23-25, 2026.

Please note that a presentation is NOT a requirement for abstract/paper publication.

To arrange the conference agenda as efficiently as possible, including ID cards, certificates, presentation sessions, and other organizational details, we kindly ask you to provide this information within the indicated timeframe.

Once again, let us share a kind reminder regarding the presentation options:

1. Online presentation via Zoom - Wednesday, September 23, 2026

Authors who will join us via Zoom for a live presentation will share their presentations directly from their own computers, so there is no need to send presentations before the conference.

2. On-site presentation in Belgrade - Thursday, September 24, 2026

Authors who will present on-site at the Institute of Economic Sciences in Belgrade should send us their presentations no later than Sunday, September 20, 2026, at 9:00 p.m. CEST by replying to this email.

This is particularly important because once the conference starts, we will not have sufficient time to transfer and organize presentations from individual devices.

3. Virtual presentation - Friday, September 25, 2026

Authors opting for a virtual presentation should prepare their presentation in advance in MP4 format (with or without video), with a maximum duration of 7 minutes.

The presentation should be uploaded to Vimeo with the public visibility option enabled. The embed code (upper right corner of the video preview - copy the embed code) should then be copied into a new Word document and sent as an attachment to the conference organizers at [email protected] no later than Sunday, September 20, 2026, at 9:00 p.m. CEST.

Please note that the use of AI-generated voice or video for the presentation is not allowed.

4. Virtual poster presentation - Friday, September 25, 2026

Authors of accepted abstracts may opt for a virtual poster presentation instead of an oral paper presentation.

The poster should be submitted as a single-page PDF, in portrait or landscape orientation, preferably A0 or A1 size, with a maximum file size of 10 MB. It should clearly present the paper title, author(s), affiliation(s), corresponding author contact details, research aim and objectives, methodology, key results, implications, keywords.

Authors choosing this option should submit their poster in PDF format by replying to this email no later than Sunday, September 20, 2026, at 9:00 p.m. CEST. If the file is too large to be sent as an email attachment, WeTransfer may be used to share the poster.

Approved posters will be published in a dedicated Virtual Poster Section on the conference website and will be accessible before, during, and after the conference.

The conference agenda will be available on Saturday afternoon, September 19, 2026. Please look out for our email containing the agenda and remember to check your spam/junk folder as well.

It is very important for us to have everything organized properly in advance.

Participants who do not confirm their presentation option through the 3-question form WILL NOT be listed in the conference agenda.

Once again, only registered participants, authors, and co-authors with a settled registration fee are permitted to enter the conference venue at the Institute of Economic Sciences in Belgrade. Entry will not be granted to third-party individuals. The same applies to participation in online sessions via Zoom.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We are looking forward to the opening of the AI-SMART 2026 Conference and to welcoming you in Belgrade and online.

Kind regards,
Nikolina Vrcelj, PhD
On behalf of the AI-SMART 2026 Organizing Team
