Dear AI-SMART 2026 Participants,
The draft version of the conference agenda for the AI-SMART 2026 Conference, which will be held next week (September 23-25, 2026) in a hybrid format (virtually, online via Zoom, and in person), can be downloaded from the following link:
https://www.ai-smart-conference.com/agenda/
Please do not post or share the draft agenda online, as it is still subject to changes.
If you are not listed in the agenda, this most likely means that you have not yet confirmed your presentation intent. In that case, please proceed to the following link and confirm your participation/presentation:
https://www.ai-smart-conference.com/confirmation/
Please note that presentation of submitted research is NOT obligatory and is NOT a precondition for abstract/paper publication.
Each presenter will have 7 minutes for the presentation and 1 minute for Q&A. Authors exceeding the 7-minute mark will be alerted and allowed an additional 1 minute to conclude their presentation.
Each presentation should be engaging and informative and contain no more than 10 slides. It should clearly state the purpose or rationale behind the research, including the research hypotheses or questions and the methodology used to address the research question or confirm/reject the given hypotheses.
Authors should conclude by explaining how their findings can be applied both in scientific research and practical contexts. The final slide should contain the contact details of the corresponding author.
Please ensure that your presentation adheres to these guidelines. There are no specific design requirements.
We would also like to kindly remind:
In-person presenting authors who have not yet submitted their presentations are asked to send them to us by replying to this email.
Authors who opted for a virtual presentation and have not yet submitted it to send us the embed code of their video uploaded to Vimeo. Please remember that the use of AI-generated voice or AI-generated video is not allowed.
Authors who opted for a virtual poster presentation and have not yet submitted their poster should send it to us in PDF format by replying to this email. If the file is too large to be sent as an email attachment, WeTransfer may be used.
Authors presenting live via Zoom do not need to send their presentations in advance, as they will share their own screens during the session.
All participants will receive the Zoom conference link and the final conference agenda before the conference opening, so please stay tuned and remember to check your spam/junk folder as well.
We are looking forward to the opening of the AI-SMART 2026 Conference and to welcoming you in Belgrade and online.
Kind regards,
Nikolina Vrcelj, PhD
