Dear ERAZ 2024 participants,

The agenda of the 10th International Scientific Conference ERAZ 2024 which will be held next week (June 6, 2024) in a hybrid form (virtually, online via Zoom, and in-person) may be downloaded from the following WeTransfer link: https://we.tl/t-l8hESvfBwK (please, do not post it anywhere online for numerous reasons).

As you know, we have more than 200 accepted abstracts and more than 330 authors from 28 different countries. On the conference day, we will have 97 presentations.

Each presenter will have 7 minutes for presentation and 1 minute for Q&A. Authors exceeding the 7-minute mark will be alerted and allowed an additional 1 minute to conclude their presentation.

Each presentation should be engaging and informative on no more than 10 slides. It must clearly state the purpose or rationale behind the author's work, including the research hypotheses or questions and the methodology used to address the research question or confirm/reject the given hypotheses. The author should conclude by explaining how the findings can be applied both in scientific research and practical contexts. The last slide should contain the contact details of the corresponding author.

Please ensure that your presentation adheres to these guidelines (there are no recommendations for design).

We would like to kindly remind in-person presenting authors to send us their presentations and authors who opted for virtual presentations to send us the embed code of the video uploaded to Vimeo by June 4, 2024, in the evening (in case they still haven't done that).

All participants will receive a Zoom conference links on Monday. So stay tuned.
