Dear ERAZ 2024 participants,
At the following link https://eraz-conference.com/confirmation/ within the next 24 hours, please fill in our 3 - questions form (you need 5 seconds for that) and confirm your presence/presentation on the 10th ERAZ conference day - June 6, 2024 (it’s NOT a requirement for abstract/paper publication). To be able to arrange the most effective conference agenda ever, ID cards, certificates, etc. - we need this info.
To ensure a hybrid form of the conference, we will use Zoom and the conference will start at 9:00 AM by Western European Summer Time (WEST) - that is 10:00 AM by Central European Summer Time (CEST) - at the ISCTE - University Institute of Lisbon, Av. das Forças Armadas, Lisbon, Edificio 3 (building 3), 2nd floor (PISO 2), room AA2.23.
1. Authors who will have on-spot presentations in Lisbon should send us their presentations no later than Tuesday (June 4, 2024) at 9:00 p.m. WEST replying to this email. This is pretty important since when the conference starts, we will not have time to deal with the presentation transfer and sharing from other devices.
2. Authors who will join us over Zoom with live presentations will share their presentations in real-time from their computers, so there is no need to deliver us presentations before the conference.
3. Authors who are opting for virtual presentations should upload their prepared presentations in advance in mp4 format (with or without video) for a duration of max 7 minutes to Vimeo (https://vimeo.com/) and embed code (upper right corner of video preview – copy embed code) should be copied to a New Word Document and delivered as attachment to the conference organizer over email - [email protected] no later than Tuesday (June 4, 2024) at 9:00 p.m. WEST.
The conference agenda will be available on Saturday afternoon (June 1, 2024); so please note our email with the agenda (check your spam/junk folder too).
We will have nearly 90 presentations on a conference day, so it is really important to have everything set in the right manner.
Participants who do not confirm their presenting option over the 3-questions form, will not be listed in the conference agenda.
