4. Covid Flexibility

I carried out an audit over a number of operators Covid policies and the 'flexibility' they offered. Interestingly there was lots of variation. Some allowing for more generous cancellation and refunds for any purpose and some not having changed their policies at all.

It's a minefield for consumers and that is of course where you come in. You can help customers make the right decisions based on their 'risk' profiles and match them with the right operators.
