As a client said to me this week - we can [metaphorically] see our customers at the door now which is an improvement on last year. We just need a little more progress on the vaccination programme and the doors can open!
So ... after 12 months how do you ensure that ALL your customers are at your door?
...because you can't assume that they will be and if you have not been keeping in regular touch with them now is the time to reconnect.
