Going on maternity leave soon!

Hi friends!! I've been so busy prepping and nesting for this sweet baby, that I haven't been sending as many newsletters. Everything is almost set - we've been making meals for the freezer, ordering last minute items we forgot, washing diapers, prepping the birth kit and our home for birth day, and also resting as much as we can...basically I've been as tired as the kitty here in this photo. 😆

As you can imagine, this has taken most of my time, but I thought I'd give you all an update as to what to expect in the coming months.

I’ll be going on maternity leave soon...I don't know exactly how long I'll be off, and have no idea when it'll officially start :) You can expect my autoresponders to be turned on later this week - I know they're annoying but they are so helpful for my peace of mind!

If you're wondering, the best way to support me while I’m out is by visiting links.trainernatalie.com for my signature $50 Pelvic Floor Foundations online course and my favorite products & discount links!

I also wanted to say that you might see content from me, and that’s because I created some before going on leave and scheduled it. As a business owner I have to create my own maternity leave, and am incredibly thankful for an amazing husband who supports me so well always, and especially during this season.

Know that it’s okay to take a pause and rest and recover. I’m practicing what I preach and plan to do the 5 days in bed, 5 days on the bed, and 5 days near the bed as well as a 40-day protocol only eating / drinking warm foods to optimize healing. It might seem counterintuitive to pause a small business especially when that business is centered around pregnancy/postpartum/women's health, but it's necessary to sometimes go against what is the norm in our culture and actually take time offline.

Also know that I understand not every mom can take such a lengthy leave and I see you. There are so many limitations to that, especially in America where we have dismal maternity leave.

Know that I am thankful for YOU! I don’t know exactly when I’ll be back, and in what capacity, but thank you for being here and supporting my business so that I can fully rest and embrace the newborn bubble. I’ll come back when I’m rested and ready. 💙

Warmly,

Natalie
