This Daily Life

Not a whole lot to update this month … Mostly it's been trying to catch up on a lot of things since the end of the summer freelance work season, and fretting about the election. (If you're in the U.S. and haven't done so yet, please vote!) As I compose this we're waiting to see if any trick-or-treaters come to the front door tonight, and tomorrow morning the boyf and I will be driving up to Kansas for a few days to visit my father and his wife, and my brother. Then it's back home and back to work, preparing for ...

Upcoming Events

I will be at Midwest Furfest in Chicago this December! You'll be able to find me in the Dealer's Den at table F4. If you'll be there, now (early November) would be a great time to pre-order a badge if you'd like to pick one up there! In addition, I'll be doing the usual sketch commissions and have my usual selection of stickers and books—including a new print comic! (See below!) If you'll be there, swing by and say hello!

Otherwise, right now I'm scheduled to be at Texas Furry Fiesta in Dallas in April. I've applied for a few other conventions in 2025 as well … I'll keep everyone posted on where else I'll be!

Merchandise & Other Opportunities

I've got a new print comic book at the printer's right now! It's titled Kaiju Attack! and is the first full story I completed with my Coyena characters on my Patreon campaign a few years ago. Siblings Zephyrus, Austeria, and Eurus are trying to enjoy a nice lunch uptown, when there's a loud crash and a bulletin on the television: Giant monsters are attacking the city! Austeria convinces Zephyrus to use their devices to grow big enough to take on the creatures, while Eurus heads off to find his own way to help out … and ends up playing a bigger role than anyone expected! It's a silly, cartoonish romp with petty giants, mad scientists, citywide mayhem, and overgrown coyenas. For mature readers; features cartoonish nudity.

Kaiju Attack! is a 24-page black-and-white comic with a full color cover. I'll figure out pricing and shipping options soon, but in the meantime you'll be able to see and pick it up at Midwest Furfest as well as other future conventions!

Patreon Update

Speaking of Patreon and coyenas … The latest story, How I Met Your Coyena Dad!, has been completed! The last page posted a couple weeks ago. It will be published eventually, but in the meantime, all the pages are there on Patreon for members to get their early peek!

Coming up, I'm working on preliminary layouts for the next Coyena Comics story, titled Reefer Bigness! As Eurus drops his visiting cousin Notus at the bus station, Notus slips him a packet of some very special weed he's grown on the farm. On his way home, Eurus bumps into his old friend Benny Cheetah and decides to hang out for awhile—when they discover the new stash has some very unexpected, embiggening side effects!

High-end behind-the-scenes patrons will be seeing preliminary layouts in the next couple weeks, and I'm planning to start posting pages for everyone else in late November or so. (And of course all members see My Bigger Boyfriend strips two weeks early!) So if you haven't joined already, now would be a great time to be able to both catch up on the previous story, and be there to follow along with the new one!
