Hello again!

You haven't heard much from me in a while, and there's a good reason for that:

I've been diligently working on getting this darn book finished!

I haven't quite chained myself to my writing desk. Not literally. In a more metaphorical way, I have become a reclusive shut-in creature akin to Gollum, starved for sun and fresh air, hunched over the keyboard, slavering and gibbering to myself, obsessed not with the One Ring, but with finishing this story.

If you will excuse me in this instance, I will give you this brief update to remind you that I am still here, typing away, then get back to work.
