In Week 7 we talk about the 3x Magic Time. If you have ever heard of Deep Work, then this is similar but done at a very specific time.

In this module, we will be looking to find what time of day you function best and that will be your 3x Magic Time.

The worksheets are available on the notion homepage. All you have to do is go to the worksheet -> and click Duplicate on the top right so it will go into your workspace.

Update:

I moved to Ottawa and now will have a more stable location to record future lessons and host Q&A sessions. Hopefully with a more stable schedule as well we will be able to pick a consistent time to meet on a weekly basis.
