How Important is Community with Fitness? FIND OUT!

Here's some updates from the past weekend. We hosted a in person fitness event including yoga, a DJ, and coffee for Sunday wake up this past weekend.
Here's some inside scoop on our fitness community. Post-pandemic it's important to stay connected with online or in person fitness. We are able to deliver both options.
What I noticed! 3 Huge takeaways that you may want to consider.
- Enjoyment. Our yoga is beginner and intro level friendly. Anyone can join! It's all ages and made for connection and a good workout.
- Fitness. Fitness levels vary person to person. Custom fitness is important to have but community fitness when paired with custom fitness creates adherence long-term. Crossfit, hyrox, bodybuilding, team sports, you name it both apply these principles
- Music and Caffeine help. As we know, caffeine can be beneficial for exercise performance. However, dosage is the big takeaway. We had coffee available for our participants. Music that runs in 100-130 beats per minute can really allow people to enjoy the workout without caffeine.
Next time you go into a workout ask yourself if you're missing one of these things.
