Welcome to the 2022 walnut plantation!
We have great news!
We have successfully completed the acquisition of land where we will develop our 2022 walnut plantation.
Located in North-Western Serbia, in the Municipality of “Sid” next to the small village of Molovin, this 18-hectare plot of first-grade agricultural land will become home to more than 5000 walnut trees in December this year.
For a long time, this plot of land has been used for sunflower cultivation. With minor land preparation and correction, we can effortlessly convert this land to be ideal for a long-term walnut orchard. In the very close vicinity, there are many prosperous apple plantations, providing support that long-term orchard establishment has been successful in the area.

As many of you know we are a Serbian-Croatian company, with many investors from both countries.
The plot of land that we have acquired and where we will establish our 2022 walnut plantations is located adjacent to the borderline that divides Serbia and Croatia.
What’s next?
The Sunflowers that were cultivated this year have been harvested and the land is now available for us to operate on. Beginning of next week, we will start with preparatory works to get everything ready for our walnut saplings. Here are some of the steps that await us:
- Removing sunflower stems, and clearing the terrain.
- Surveying and plotting the terrain. This is an essential step so that we can develop our planting layout and start developing our water irrigation systems.
- Deep plowing 80 – 100cm depth. Loosening the ground structure that will provide for easier root development.
- Precise manure distribution
- Shallow plowing
- Leveling the ground
- Boring the holes for the saplings
