It has been a while since our last article, so we hope that you haven't forgotten about us.
As always, much is happening here at The Walnut Fund!
Regarding operations, we are currently narrowing down on a plot of land where trees purchased this year will be planted (More info to come in the following days, stay tuned). Nevertheless, the topic of this article is more orientated to our social outreach and brand expansion.
As our startup begins to gain momentum and worldwide recognition we have begun to receive invitations to attend significant events and expos.
One of these events was held last week in Zagreb Croatia.
The LEAP Summit is an annual expo of startups that has throughout the years accommodated hundreds of speakers and tens of thousands of visitors. We were lucky enough to receive an invitation and spread the word about what we are doing.
To be more precise, our exact topic was "Your money CAN grow on trees".
You can imagine how much attention we got! 
Our key speaker Ante Lucic held a 30 min presentation.
We are detailing and explaining a lot about our business.
The main notes were:
1) Our Business model
2) How we will tackle CO2 emissions and contribute to a greener future
3) Plantation security and how your investment is secured
4) Future plans
Overall the event was an amazing experience!
We had the privilege to mingle with many startups, and meet new potential business partners we even got some air time on the Croatian national TV!
