Hi ,

So when I was in one of my early certification trainings, my coach shared laid this knowledge on us and blew me away.

There's one emotion that is so filling, that it wipes out all others when you're truly feeling it.

Can you guess what it is? Spoiler Alert, it's not love.

This emotion is one of the few that we experience in a universal fashion.

I personally believe we all experience the spectrum of emotions a bit differently. Both as a result of your personal life circumstances and personalities.

However, this emotion I would venture is one of the few (or even only) emotions we all experience in the same way.

It is a powerful manifestation tool, too!

One of the things I work with my clients on, is connecting to the energy of E-motion or energy in motion. How our feelings fuel everything we desire to manifest.

This one emotion more than any other truly kicks your manifestations into high gear.

1 emotion to rule them all!

Whereas with most emotions, you can experience a level several of them at the same time, even ones on the opposite end of the spectrum. Love and hate for example can live in our hearts simultaneously.

This one, however, has the power to drown out or heal almost any of the others. It's such a powerful frequency and vibration that it really does feel like a 'one ring' (for all my fellow Tolkien fans).

This emotion channels several universal laws.

It's so tops that it can power the universal laws of vibration, correspondence, attraction, and more.

It also happens, that this emotion is ideal for celebrating the upcoming Autumnal Equinox!

With Mabon happening this Saturday and the start of my favorite season, it's the perfect time to bring this powerful emotion into our awareness.

That emotion, in case I haven't built enough anticipation, is Gratitude.
