I have so much to share with you, but I want to start by offering you a tip my own card pulls this week have reminded me of. When dealing with feelings of frustration, spinning your wheels, or like nothing you're doing is working...

Here are three steps to take to overcome feeling blocked:

1. Ask questions: 'What you can learn from the experience?' 'How can you grow from it?' 'Are there other approaches you can try?'
2. Put it in perspective: Remind yourself that you've survived 100% of your bad days. Silver linings are found in retrospect.
3. Emotions are now: Understand that we feel and manage our emotions in the now. You can create a new emotional state right here and now.
