I'm so hoping this message finds you well!

Total truth, I've been dealing with a low energy state for several days and am only just coming out of it. Between a combination of full moon energy, a very full agenda, and my own cycle... I just needed to shut down for a bit.

I'm sharing this because I believe it's important we normalize taking time when your mind and body need it. To me, this is a part of a whole-self healthy lifestyle. I will always practice what I preach and share what I know works for me.

So if you missed the weekly card I'd normally send, know that there will be one coming on Monday. For now, I have so much to share with you!!

On Sunday, our family celebrated a Second birthday!! Our baby boy is now officially a toddler and it's been a truly amazing journey to get to this point.
