How often have you told yourself, 'I'll start that as soon as I feel the motivation'?

Or maybe you let things like the New Year, weather, free time, extra funds, or feeling inspired be the thing that motivates you.

How's that working out for you?

No shame here, these are direct quotes from my own inner monologue. I personally, never really got that magical motivation which launched me into the goals, plans, and dreams I had.

When we provide ourselves rewards and celebrations for little accomplishments as well as the big ones, we trigger a dopamine release in our brains.

That feel good hormone then trains our pleasure-seeking-human-nature to repeat the experience. TADA!! Suddenly we’ve built internal motivation!!!

I have so much to celebrate and the year’s just getting started!! I’m SO proud of all my people’s results already. It really lights me up to see the positive change they’re creating in their worlds:

💮Past client cutting back on work hours giving her more time to focus on her health and well being in so many ways she didn’t have the energy for before.
