Feeling That Fall Flavor!

Hi ,
The Autumn is coming and I can. not. wait!!
Both I and my family spent the weekend kicking off the fall festivities in fact! We picked 30lbs of fresh apples (yes I know it's a bit much but they're so amazing!!), played at our favorite farm, and ate apple cider donuts.
Then I joined the amazing crew and vendors with the PNW Witches Market for their Mabon Fair on Sunday! It was incredible and I was able to give non-stop, moving, and empowering readings to so many amazing souls.
So let's look at this week's card.

Overthinking leads to indecision
This is a time where an abundance of choice is creating feelings of overwhelm, insecurity, and doubt. There is so much coming at us right now that it’s leaving us all feeling a bit, ‘Meh’ on the whole. It’s even hard to find joy in the little pleasures with it all piling up this way.
Remember to ground yourself. Remind yourself that you’ve done an amazing job juggling everything up to this point. You’ll manage this moment just the same. Do not let yourself get so flustered by the amount of options being piled on you that you forget how capable you are.
Does this resonate for you

The first day of Fall is coming!
Saturday September 23rd will mark the turning of the Wheel of the Year into my FAVORITE season!
For me, this is a time when I celebrate Mabon. It's all about harvest, counting blessings, and...
Well lets be honest. Pumpkin bread and apple butter!!!
I'll be spending time this coming weekend making all the things from scratch, which this year also includes Cider!
So in honor of the coming celebration, I wanted to share my favorite apple butter recipe with you all. It's by Gina Homolka of Skinny Taste. I need to sing this lady's praise for a moment.
She's a mother who's built a name for herself doing something she loves in a way that honors what is most important to her! Her recipes are all designed with healthy substitutions that are family friendly and respect for the lack of time we all have.
Not only do I love that all her ingredients are the kind you can get from your regular grocery store without spending a mini fortune, I've never had one of her recipes fail!
So let me share this piece of our family's tradition with you. Find the recipe here.
