At this time of the new moon, allow yourself to have a new beginning or a fresh perspective. It’s a good time to open yourself up to what is trying to reach you to reignite your enthusiasm.

Give yourself grace even if it feels like you’re going in circles. Look for what patterns can be broken or released so that you can begin with a fresh slate. Avoid spending too much time in introspection though. The answers are not to be found in the same thoughts and feelings which brought you to this state. Lift your eyes to what’s around you instead.
