For most of my adult life, I haven't made much of a fuss or celebrated beyond treating myself to my favorite ice cream cake. And you know what?

I'm sick of that!!!

Be Aware of, Not Ruled by, Emotions

This week it is important to remember you are the master of your emotional waves, not a victim to them. All your feelings are valid and carry messages, but they should not dictate your thoughts or reactions. Be prepared to consciously shift emotions which are not serving you or giving you a sense of isolation.

Each ebb and flow of your feelings and intuition have guidance to share. Be open to the messages so you can navigate the days ahead with ease and flow. Take time to draw in more of the feelings you wish to have and let the others flow around and past you. This position will allow you to protect yourself.
