I used to roll my eyes at quotes and motivational speeches like this email title too. Until I realized it's actually possible. Not just for those YouTube people or the folks on MindValley and Gaia. For us real people!

When I finally got sick of wanting things so bad and being so miserable I didn't have them, when I started to study and learn and practice what I found, when I discovered ways to make it all work with my crazy-real-messy-mom-life...

My second thought was, why isn't everyone doing this?! (My first one was gratitude, since I know you were wondering)

Since I've begun living my life using mindset, manifestation, and my soul-driven passion, EVERYTHING has changed. I'm on a mission to make it possible for people just like me to find their way to a life of joy, passion, empowerment, and possibility.

It lights me up every single day to have the chance to share this with you. Honestly, the hardest part is knowing so many can't or won't believe its possible for them. That they hold back from working with me. Which is just one reason I'm going to keep showing up until they're ready! (Or so sick of hearing from me they decide to give it a try.)

Make decisions accepting Both, And

Life, like people, is not always either, or. It's not all black and white. There are times when it can be both, and even more. When coming to a seeming crossroads, be careful you're not limiting your choices by seeing only two paths in an open field.

It is possible to remember and honor the past while also cutting your new path that is uniquely your own. True wisdom comes from honoring both, and being open to more. Make choices from an expanded mindset. Allow patience in communication and be mindful of the impact your words have.

Celebrating Lughnasadh!

The Sabbat officially happens on Thursday August 1st! This is the mid-way mark between the summer and autumn equinox. It is time to honor the first of the harvests.

Some ways to celebrate this turning of the Wheel of the Year include a walk to soak up the sun, baking some bread, have a feast with fresh berries and seasonal veggies, give back to the Earth, and journal on gratitude.

Then make plans to join us for the PNW Witches' Market Festival!! Happening this Sunday, August 4th at Juanita Beach Park in Kirkland Washington from 12pm-5pm.

This is absolutely one of my favorite events, come see why! With more than a hundred vendors including food trucks, amazing artists, talented healers and readers, performers and so much more.
