Well friends, this new week brings with it some BIG energies. If you haven't already heard, we've got a full blood moon this Saturday which will include a partial lunar eclipse!

As if that wasn't enough, just a few days later is Samhain or Halloween. So we've got the veil at its thinnest point with the equinox right after this lunar event packs it's punch.

This is a time when we can feel like our sense of security is shaken in a way that's difficult to ignore. So let me share a few things to help us all through this phase.

The Blood Moon & Samhain

Speaking of holidays! My personal favorite is right around the corner!!

As I mentioned above, this year the equinox is coming on the tail end of a full blood moon with a partial eclipse. So what does that mean and why does it matter?

This is a time when the days grow shorter and the nights longer. With an eclipse we are faced with even more of that time when the unseen forces its way into our attention.

The veil between worlds is growing thinner by the day, that means now is a time to be very conscious about what we invite into our lives, because more is listening than ever before.

Some tips to make this time and energy work for you:

• Prioritize self care ~ not just the bubble bath and glass of wine kind but the self reflection and treating yourself gently kind
• Exercise your gifts ~ intuition is at a peak right now so put it to directed use
• Consciously release ~ truly evaluate what it is you're ready to let go of and then follow through on saying goodbye to it
• Remembrance ~ spend some time with the memories of those who've departed and cherish the impact they had on your life
