We're back !

Okay, so I wasn't really gone for my whole break was I? What can I say? It's hard to stay away when I love what I do so much and I want to share it all with you!

Thank you to those who shared their amazing thoughts and goals with me. It really made sneaking back during my break extra special.

That said, I deeply cherished having the focused time with my family and we enjoyed our holidays together so much. It was a fantastic experience filled with little meaningful moments and many memories were made.

I'm a few days behind jumping back in only due to a stomach bug that tried to take me down at the start of this week. But nothing can curb my excitement for what I have coming up this month for us all!!!

Some of you may have caught my Facebook Live on December 28th but I'm ecstatic to finally announce this incredible workshop I've been creating with Janese Recolan!

From Limits to Liberation | Empower your year by transforming your beliefs

This is a 4-day immersive experience in which Janese and I will be guiding you through two powerful methods of working past limiting beliefs. Then, because we were both guided to it, there's a bonus fifth day which includes some very special release and activation rituals!

We'll be covering what beliefs are as well as how to identify those which have been holding you back. Each of us will take time to dive deeper into our respective approaches to this process. Then we'll come together to discuss the often missed component in this work, what to build up in place of those limits!
