So much is happening today!

If you haven't already heard, we're heading for a total eclipse of the sun today which is not expected to occur again until 2044. While not all of us will be able to experience totality in person, this is something we've all been feeling and talking about.

My family will be sitting down to take in some of the streaming action for this historic moment. What are you planning to mark the occasion? Or are you going to celebrate when eclipse season has peaked and passed?

Remember, eclipses invite us to look closer at the unseen and things usually kept beneath the surface. I would love to invite us all to pause and take time today to reflect.

• What are you keeping buried beneath the surface? Is it time to release or embrace it?
• What elements of yourself need to be brought into the light more?
• How can you begin to bring things from the depths of your true self the the surface more?
