Flap your wings like a ready hawk.

This book is more than a plain

Placard of intimate leaves – bearing,

Like birthmarks, inscriptions like

Incisions. But here is a scripture of

What an infant calls wonder and an

Adult, beauty. An Odyssey. Where a

Child threads the chest of a running

Road homeward. He begins his walk

Everytime he crawls. He wants to

Chisel his bones and pipe out his

interior self without abusing his flesh.
