Assets are what you have...or what you bring to the table.

For example, if you're super-smart, that's an asset. So is being good at building stuff. Or being an excellent public speaker...being great at selling. Stuff like that. But there's another type of asset. One you can clearly see on paper.

I'm referring to your financial assets. And those are assets you'll need to have to start a franchise business..or any type of business. But do you know what you have? Do you know what your assets are? Exactly?
