Go slow and steady.

If you find yourself getting excited about a franchise, that's a good thing, but you need to take a step back and look at it as a business decision.

While that tip may seem kind of obvious, when you're in it...when you feel you've found the perfect franchise for you, that's when you need to take the emotion out of your buying decision-and fast.

Because once you sign your franchise contract, there's no turning back.
